All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain and member of the National Working Committee (NWC), Hon. Tolu Bankole has congratulated the party’s candidates on their victories in the Saturday’s bye-elections.
In a statement personally signed by him on Sunday, Hon. Bankole applauded the candidate’s courage, resilience and commitment to the party’s ideals.
“As the nation continues to deepen its democratic journey, I, Hon. Tolu Bankole, member of the National Working Committee (NWC) of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), extend my warm congratulations to all candidates of the APC across the country. Your courage, resilience, and commitment to the ideals of our party and the service of our nation stand as a beacon of hope for the strengthening of democracy in Nigeria.
“I salute the teeming supporters, party faithful, well-wishers, and above all, the Nigerian electorates for their continued faith in the APC. Democracy thrives when the people actively participate, and your support has been the bedrock of the victories we celebrate today”, he said.
He commended the uncommon leadership of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for creating a level playing ground and upholding the sacred tenets of democracy, adding that by ensuring transparency, fairness, and inclusiveness, Mr. President has once again demonstrated that leadership is about trust, equity, and service to the people.
“Equally, our APC governors deserve resounding praise for their visionary leadership in their respective states. Their collective effort in translating the Renewed Hope Agenda into practical dividends of democracy has strengthened the faith of Nigerians in the APC-led government”.
